I just bought a rug, will I get confirmation of my order?

Yes! You will receive an email confirming your order at the time of purchase. In the event that you don’t receive an email confirmation, contact us at sales@abanirugs.com

Do you have weekly sales or specials on your products?

We do run sales and promotions. Follow us at @abanirugs and sign up for our email list at the bottom of this page to be the first to know when we do!

 

SHIPPING

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes -- we ship to P.O boxes! We work with you to make sure we get your rug to you.  All orders being sent to a P.O. box will ship through USPS Priority Mail, including international orders. For international orders, there may be additional duties and taxes to pay once your package arrives.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes we do.

When does my order ship?

If your rug is in stock, someone on our team will make sure your rug ships to you within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information.

Keep in mind:

If you placed your order before 2PM EST Monday-Friday, your order should ship out the same business day. If you ordered after 2PM EST on Monday-Friday, your order will ship the following business day. All orders placed Friday after 2PM EST or over the weekend, will ship on the following Monday.

If you can’t wait to get your rug, we offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping means that we try and get your rug out the door as soon as possible

Orders placed before 2 pm EST (Mon-Fri) will ship out on the same business day.

Orders place after 2 pm EST (Mon-Fri) will ship out the following business day.

At this time we do not ship over the weekend.

 

Do I pay for shipping in the USA?

Shipping is on us, returns & exchanges are on you!

 

Do you ship internationally?

Of course — we ship all over the world! Enter your address in the checkout zone and get an estimate on your shipping fees. Please keep in mind that depending where its shipping there may be additional duties and taxes once your package arrives.

 

Does free shipping apply to international orders?

We currently do not offer free shipping on International orders. However, contact us at info@abanirugs.com and you might just get $25 off your order to use towards your shipping fees.

 

OFFERS

Where can I find a coupon offer code?

If you’re on our email list then you’ll receive offer codes and access to our inventory before everyone else. We even sometimes include offer codes on Instagram page @abanirugs.

Can I combine offer codes in one order?

Our automated systems will only allow one code per order at this time.

How do I use my referral code?

We appreciate your referral. Once you’ve referred, someone on our team will cross check and get back to you within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email with your unique code to be used on your purchase.
