I just opened the rug , and I am extremely disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. The rug is visibly dirty and soiled straight out of the packaging. I have attached photos taken immediately after opening it. This is completely unacceptable for an item that was purchased and sold as brand new. I should not have to clean a brand-new rug before even using it, nor should a customer receive an item in this condition. Based on how it arrived, I also have concerns about whether this rug was previously used, returned, or improperly stored. Not recommand at all!
