First of all they sent me wrong size, plus the color is different that the picture, Its not soft neither cute! Everything about it is not worth the money! Dont west your money! And I tried to return its not free I had to pay 80
I read the size wrong thought this was a 9x 611 plus its snagged in the didnt notice till I rolled it up to prepare for return went to fedex and usps and they both told me I had to pay almost 15 to return it I have only two weeks left to return it and I really just want to exchange for the bigger one I hate how this looks in my living room it doesnt cover enough space

The beiges in this rug have a pink hue, but the grays were a nice color and as described. I reached out to the seller for a return label and I had to pay to return. Jag whom I texted with was a little arrogant as well. I am very disappointed that the rug was not as described well and that I have to pay to return.
In the picture, the rug is a bold black, but in person it is faded. The overall quality of tithe rug is fine, but the color in the picture is misleading. I tried to return but the tracking number they provided is not able to be used at UPS. The seller says of this happens, to use whatever shipping service I choose but I have to pay for return shipping. Its just not worth the hassle from this seller.
This is a beautiful, vibrant area rug with bold black, white and grey colors. The quality is very good and it looks great in my living room. I am very pleased with this purchase.
Rug in picture did not match the Rug we received. Rugs color was washed and the black was more of a grey. Company wont return it for free shipping cost is over 200. More than what the Rug is worth.
It is a yard sale at this price. Exceeded expectations. Way better then it looks in the picture. Delivery was very fast, arrived almost 5 days earlier.
Color was much lighter when I saw it in person. Looked washed out. Bought the rug for 144 and had to pay 75 to return it! Will never buy from them again!
